I was returning home from a bike trip in West Virginia and realized my rear tire was about to expire. I called and within 20 minutes I was at the dealership. These guys in PA are great!&I had been shopping for a&SxS for about a year and there is no one out there that would deal like these guys.&Trust me, I went everywhere in Ohio but couldn't find the right deal.&I had an Arctic Cat&4 wheeler that I bought brand new in 2003 and&it&spoiled me.&I test drove the Prowler 700 HDX and&the competition could not compare. I could not&get the price I was looking for in Ohio so I had to&look out of state.&I found Hillview and it was a great experience!&It felt&like I knew the guys all my life. Tom, Steve, Brian and everyone were absolutely awesome. We drove 920 miles, An 18 Hour round trip from Massachusetts to purchase another Yamaha ATV from Tom. I only wish we could have stayed longer to check everything out and swap more stories but, it was a long drive home. Next time we'll spend the weekend ! 9 hour drive total and I would do it again and recommend my friends to do the same. Best prices around and everyone from sales/service was very friendly and informative with all aspects of the purchase. 2013 Yamaha Grizzly 450 EPS - first 100 mile service appointment. Purchased 54 inch snow plow and installed front mount for snow plow also. All went well with the appointment.

Awesome experience considering it was an out of state purchase. I came in from Ohio and was done at the dealer and on my way back home in 2 hours or so. Got loads of info about the bike and how to care for it and even picked up the shop service manual for it onsite. Help with loading and securing it was fantastic as well. Wish you guys were in Ohio for future purchases :).

Purchased a new '13 Royal Star Venture and got a great deal. I live 90 miles away so email and phone conversations were necessary. Tom and Joe were both very helpful and made the buying experience very easy. Returned for my initial service and they were very willing to schedule a convenient time for me. I arrived on time and the bike was ready sooner than promised. They also took time to answer all my questions and provide advice on future maintenance.. Don't let the 'N/A' ratings fool you...we're from Maryland and bought in Hillview, PA. Didn't have a need for financing, service, parts or accessories. Every other aspect of the purchase and sales experience was first-rate. The staff was professional, personable and really knew their products. They were very forthcoming with information and made us feel completely comfortable during our visit. Can't say enough good things about them other than if you buy from them, I believe you'll be more than satisfied with your experience, too.

Took my 99 roadstar in for service ,they rejected my carb , replaced the intake manifold which i had no idea was bad and saved me a ton of money in the future as it could have led to engine malfunction ,replaced the air filter , changed the oil , also checked out valve adjustment on front Cylinder and checked out my gas gauge which doesn't work and needs a sending unit and will have to wait also replaced spark plugs and installed a crankcase breather . they were great to work with and the cost of all the work was very reasonable. Brian said your think i gave you a different bike and he was RIGHT!! it runs great so much better THANKS GUYS I highly recommend Hillview and their crew and will return

Thanks to Tom, my husband was able to surprise me in August with a brand new Yamaha Grizzly 450 with power steering. There was an issue with the carbs and Tom ran it to his shop, the mechanic was waiting for him. They fixed the problem, adjusted my brakes to suit my need and Tom delivered it to our campsite personally. Being in retail myself I look for customer service. Tom and staff went above and beyond to satisfy a customer they may never see again due to location. However..If he's at Rock Run this year, we may be purchasing a new Grizzly for my husband!

I don't normally fill out surveys, but I had such a great experience at Hillview I decided to this time. I got a great price on my Grizzly 700 and 550. The money I saved made the gas and time spent traveling from Richmond VA well worth it. None of my local dealerships were willing to negotiate at all. They wanted MSRP minus factory rebate or nothing. I really don't understand this philosophy! Hillview worked out a great deal for me, provided the best possible customer service, introduced me to all the team members (sales, parts and accessories, finance, and service), helped with all of my questions in each department, and made me feel like I was their only customer, when in fact it was a very busy Saturday with several customers making purchases large and small. Steve, in finance, was exceptionally helpful. He worked with me in completing paperwork. He even completed some of it through the mail so that documents could be notarized. If you are serious about making a purchase, regardless of where you live, you owe it to yourself to pick up the phone and give these guys a call!
